Orders and Returns Policy

Purchases and Payments.
a. Free Products. Lowell may allow you to download or use Products free of charge. Any terms and conditions that apply to purchased Products will apply to free Products, except with respect to payment-related matters (for example, the refund-related provisions of this Sales and Refund Policy does not apply to free Products). Lowell may impose limitations on your access and use of certain free Products.
b. Purchase of Products. Your contract for the purchase and use of any Product is completed once you have received email from the shop confirming your purchase of the Product. The shop allows you to purchase Products using various payment processing methods, which are made available by third party payment processors. You must abide by any relevant terms and conditions or other legal agreement, whether with Lowell or a third party, that governs your use of a given payment processing methods. Lowell may add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion and without notice to you. Once your purchase is complete, Lowell or Lowell's payment processor may charge your credit card or other form of payment that you indicated for any Product ordered, along with any additional applicable amounts (including any taxes). You are solely responsible for all amounts payable associated with purchases made by you or using your account at the shop.
c. Pricing. Pricing and availability of all Products available at the shop is subject to change at any time before you click the button indicating that you want to purchase the Product.
d. Taxes and Shipping. You are responsible for any taxes or shipping associated with your purchases and must pay for Products without any reduction for taxes or shipping. If there are shipping charges, they will be charged to you. Shipping is available under two options, with you selecting which option at the time you submit your order. Under the Product Rate Option, you will be charged $5.00 USD for the first product and an additional $2.50 USD for each additional product, up to a total of $25.00 USD. Under the USPS Option, you will be charged the live-calculated rate based on the estimated weight of the order and your zip code (with your selecting either priority or priority express). Once you submit your order, you may not modify the selected shipping option. If the seller of the Product is obligated to collect or pay taxes, the taxes will be charged to you. Taxes includes, without limitation, any duties, customs fees, or taxes (other than income tax) associated with the sale of the Product, including any relating penalties or interest. You must comply with any and all applicable tax laws, including the reporting and payment of any taxes arising in connection with your use of the shop or the purchase of any Products. The reporting and payment of any such applicable taxes are your responsibility.
e. Order Fulfillment. Lowell will process all properly submitted orders during Lowell's normal business hours. Typically, Lowell will complete processing of the order and send the order for shipment within one to two business days. However, it is possible that your order may take longer to fulfill. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please contact Lowell by using the Lowell online contact form, available by clicking on the link below. Include in the submission the applicable order number and your contact information.
f. All Sales Final. Except as expressly set forth in the Refund section of this Sales and Refund Policy, all sales are final, and no returns, replacements or refunds are permitted. If a replacement, return or refund is granted for any transaction, the transaction may be reversed, and you may no longer be able to access the Product that you acquired through that transaction (in the case of downloaded Products) or you may be required to return ship the Product (in the case of tangible goods). Your rights to withdraw, cancel or return purchases and get a refund are set out in the Refund section of this Sales and Refund Policy.
Defective Product Assistance.
Once a Product that is downloadable is available for download by you, you should check the Product as soon as possible to ensure that it downloads correctly and performs as stated, and notify us as soon as possible if you find any errors or defects. For tangible Products shipped to you, you should check the Product immediately upon receipt.
In the case of any problem with a download, you should contact Lowell by use of the Lowell online contact form, available by clicking on the link below. Lowell will use reasonable efforts to respond to your requests for defective content assistance, but all sales of Products are as is and final.
All sales of Products are as is and final. Refunds will not typically be provided by Lowell. However, you may contact Lowell within thirty days of your purchase to request a refund and, Lowell, in its sole discretion, will determine whether to issue you a refund or credit of your purchase price. All such refund requests must be submitted by use of the Lowell online contact form, available by clicking on the link below. Should Lowell issue any such refund or credit, you acknowledge that this is your sole remedy. If Lowell issues any refund or credit, it is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
